Shipping & Delivery: All our products are shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and pricing is based on their actual costs. We aim to ship your order within 3 working days of the receipt of cleared funds (with cheques this can take up to a week)
Privacy & Security: Your Privacy and Security is important to us, we do not hold any credit card information on our site, all payments are done through PayPal. We also use a secure web site (SSL) for any transfer of sensitive information between your computer and ours.
Returns & Replacements: In line with the distance selling regulations here in the UK, any order can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, one exception is any custom made items, which we unfortunately cannot accept for return. In order to return an item please email us at sales@deadmensspex.com for a return address and details. Please note that we cannot reimburse the return postage costs.
Ordering: All orders on this site are not an acceptance of contract, but merely an intent on your part to want to purchase those items. We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time and for any reason.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: We do our best to ensure that the pricing is accurate, however there are times when technology fails us. In these cases we will contact you first before we proceed with the order to ensure that you are happy with paying the corrected price.
