Shipping & Delivery

All our products are shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and pricing is based on their actual costs. We aim to ship your order within 3 working days of the receipt of cleared funds (with cheques this can take up to a week)  Orders with lenses fitted can take up to 7 working days depending on prescription requirements. Please be aware that if you are an international buyer you will be liable for any import and customs costs incurred.

Privacy & Security

Your Privacy and Security is important to us, we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties, all payments are done through PayPal. We also use a secure web site (SSL) for any transfer of sensitive information between your computer and ours.

Returns & Replacements

In line with the distance selling regulations here in the UK, any order can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt if in its original condition. One exception is any custom made items, this would include any frames we have fitted your lenses to, which we unfortunately cannot accept for return. In order to return an item please email us at darren@deadmensspex.com for a return address and details. Please note that we cannot reimburse the postage costs, transaction fees and customs charges.

Ordering

All orders on this site are not an acceptance of contract, but merely an intent on your part to want to purchase those items. We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time and for any reason.

We will only fit lenses to your own frames at your own risk

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We do our best to ensure that the pricing is accurate, however there are times when technology fails us. In these cases we will contact you first before we proceed with the order to ensure that you are happy with paying the corrected price.
