If the other Hep Cats Holidays are anything to go by, the first one in Suffolk is warming up to be FAB! They cater for a wide music taste, providing just the right mix of classes and dancing. The trend is to dress vintage style, though as detailed or relaxed as you want to be. Plus, you are all on one site so if you sweat yourself out of one outfit it is easy to go and freshen up.

Rocking weekend at Hemsby in Norfolk, and man does it rock! Amazing bands to listen to all weekend. Lots of late night dancing and umm...drinking. The shopping is great, the restaurant both good and cheap, and the car boot on the Sunday always unleashes a bargain or two. Ohh, and there are rumours of a pin up contest this year.
Hemsby is one of the very first rocking events, now on No.44. They do 2 a year, so that is 22 years worth. Wow, that is a lot of beer! (NB: The second one is in Oct, stay posted for dates.)
It is kid friendly so there must be 20 somethings that grew up there. THAT explains it!

In its ninth year, this nostalgic, annual Swing, Jazz & Jive music festival is now regarded by many as by far THE BEST RETRO MUSIC FESTIVAL IN THE COUNTRY! It is held at the stunning location of The Historic RAF Twinwood Airfield and Twinwood Arena, near Bedford, where Glenn Miller took his last flight. The emphasis is on nonstop, high quality music from many top Orchestras and artistes performing the great hits from the big band, swing and Jive era, and a 1950s stage which adds a new dimension to the festival, whilst not taking anything away from what has earned the festival its reputation.

Over the years this event has attracted more and more visitors and more and more exhibitors. It is widely felt to be one of the best events of its type in the country. People who attended last year were booking accommodation before they left as they enjoyed it so much!
